- Why won't the site let me log in?
There are several reasons why the site may not let you log in. If it is telling you that your password is incorrect, you may not have registered, or you may have forgotten your password. Be sure you have registered on our registration page, or reset your password at our password reset page.

- It says my shipping information is incomplete. How can I change it?
Our site does several checks to ensure that we have good shipping information. Our system will tell you if it thinks your shipping information is wrong. - When I try to check out, it says you don't ship to my country. Can we arrange something?
There are some locations to which our automated system will not ship, in order to control shipping prices. We can arrange to ship almost anywhere. In order to arrange shipping to your location, just contact us.
- What is the billing street address number when I check out?
The Billing street number field requires that you enter the street number of the address where the bills are sent for your credit card. An example address is shown below, with the information need in bold and green:

This information is used by us to confirm your information with the bank.
- Why do I have to enter my credit card number everytime I order?
For security reasons, we do not store credit card numbers here on the site. When we perform a transaction for a customer, the credit card number is sent encrypted over the internet to Linkpoint, which then verifies the credit card with the bank. This ensures that if our website security is ever compromised, your credit card information will always be safe.
